1. About us

Enso Art Gallery SCP (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and online shop. Registered address: C/ Sant Roc, 29, 07701 Maó (Illes Balears), España. You can contact us at info@ensogallery.com.

By accessing or placing an order through this site you agree to the following terms, which are governed by Spanish law.

2. Products

All prints are limited-edition and produced on demand by our fulfilment partner, The Print Space / Creative Hub. Colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to printing and material differences.

3. Orders & payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. An order confirmation email is sent once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable or if there is a pricing error, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by The Print Space. Typical delivery times are 5–10 business days from order confirmation, depending on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services outside our control.

5. Returns & refunds

Because prints are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ensogallery.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

In accordance with Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving goods, except for custom or personalised items (such as print-on-demand products).

6. Intellectual property

All artwork, photography, and content on this site is the property of Enso Art Gallery SCP and the respective artists. Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display the work. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, Enso Art Gallery SCP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maó (Illes Balears), Spain.
