Almudena Angoso was born in Valencia in 1989. At just 5 years old, she fell in love with painting, which became her lifelong companion. Her maternal grandmother, also a painter, introduced her to the world of colors and brushes, giving her the wings to create.

Her works, which have traveled around the world over the past few years, reflect passions, desires, dreams, the unconscious, and the soul in all its forms. Almudena Angoso has participated in several international art exhibitions, including the Dakar Art Biennale 2018, World Art Dubai from 2020 to 2024, Florence Art Biennale 2021, Monaco International Contemporary Art Fair 2020, and in various art galleries in Rome, Greece, Dubai, and Kuwait.

At 19, Almudena moved to Barcelona to study Fine Arts but soon found she preferred being self-taught, seeking her own artistic path without rules or dogmas through personal experimentation. A few years later, she decided to move to the beautiful island of Menorca, establishing her first art studio. Her travels around the world inspired her to create her first collections based on portraits of different cultures, aiming to capture the essence of human beings and their stories. Life also took her to Singapore for nearly two years, bringing Asian influences that she later incorporated into her paintings.

After spending 7 years in Menorca, the artist moved to Dubai to expand her art in this Eastern region. Her art has evolved along with her, transitioning through different phases. She uses mixed media with oil, acrylic, textures, and collage in paintings she describes as abstract realism. These artworks narrate human stories and reflect her own life through a combination of portraits, spaces, symbols, and the language of color.

After 5 years working on her art in Dubai, Almudena returns to the island that saw the birth of her art, her beloved and longed-for Menorca. Here, she begins an exciting project alongside Lidia Piqué, founder of Enso Art Gallery, where, as the name and meaning of Enso prophesize, the circle of a transformative, ever-continuing journey of being is completed. Returning to the origin to take flight once again.
